Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of TrishulGold. By using the service you agree to them. Please read section 4 carefully — it concerns the accuracy of the rates you publish.

1. Who we are

TrishulGold is a digital product of TridentSQA ("we", "us"), the contracting legal entity, at 12A, 3rd Floor, Kamak Towers, 3rd Cross Street, Thiru Vi Ka Industrial Estate, Guindy, Chennai 600032, Tamil Nadu, India

2. The service

TrishulGold creates daily gold and silver rate posters carrying your shop's branding. You send us today's rates through WhatsApp or Telegram; we return finished poster images in English and Tamil.

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate shop details and keep them current.
• Use a mobile number you are authorised to use.
• Only upload a logo and shop details you have the right to use.
• Keep access to your messaging account secure — anyone with it can generate posters in your name.

5. Content and ownership

• Your content stays yours. Your shop name, logo and details remain your property. You grant us only the licence needed to place them on your posters.
• The posters are yours to use. You may share, print and post them freely for your business.
• Our designs remain ours. The poster templates, layouts and the TrishulGold name and mark belong to TridentSQA. You may not resell the service or redistribute the templates.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use TrishulGold to publish false or misleading pricing, to impersonate another business, to upload unlawful or infringing content, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

7. Pricing and billing

• First month free. Thereafter ₹1,000 per month.
• Billed monthly in advance. No minimum term.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice before any price change, and you may cancel instead.
• Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep TrishulGold available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The service depends on WhatsApp and Telegram, which are outside our control. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance where practical.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop at any time (see Refund Policy). We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or uses the service unlawfully — with notice, except where immediate action is necessary.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or losses arising from an incorrect rate you published.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
